The Process In 4 Easy Steps
Tell us what you want changed, review your custom quote, approve the work, and receive your modified plans when the design work is complete.
Tell Us About Your Modifications
Send us a description of the changes you want to make using the form on the right side of the plan you want modified. We’ll send you a confirmation email letting you know we are working on a quote for your custom house plan.
Suggestion: Download the floor plan images and mark them up, or create your own sketch and add it as an attachment in your quote request. Attachments help us understand your vision.
Review Your No-Obligation Quote
One of our designers will review your request and provide a custom quote. The quote includes the modification price, the estimated time frame, and whether your request fits within the first 10 free drafting hours.
Approve Your Plan Updates
After you accept the quote, submit payment for the plan and any approved modification work beyond the included free drafting hours. Then one of our designers will get started on your custom plan updates.
Receive Your Modified Plans
Custom house plan modifications vary depending on the designer, the volume of changes, and the complexity of the request. Once complete, your final modified plans will be sent to you in the format you purchased.
