At My Home Floor Plans, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Because our products
are digital architectural files, special conditions apply to returns and exchanges.

30-Day Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day refund window on all house plan purchases, provided that
the CAD/PDF files have not been downloaded, emailed, or otherwise accessed.
Once digital files are delivered or accessed, the order becomes final and non-refundable.

30-Day Exchange / Credit Option

If you change your mind within 30 days and have not accessed the files, you may request
an exchange or store credit toward another plan of equal or lesser value.
If the new plan is higher in cost, you simply pay the difference.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange

• Email our support team at support@myhomefloorplans.com
• Provide your order number and purchase details
• Confirm that files have not been downloaded or accessed

Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10
business days.
