All home plans include BOTH the CAD file and PDF file.
See the photos of the ACTUAL plan you would receive. Scales vary depending on the size of the home and paper size. *Most plans have added notes and/or details that are not shown in photos. These can include various calculations, structural and architectural details. CLICK MAKE AN ENQUIRY and we can update the product with all notes/details.
All plans are FREE for unlimited-build.
Roof plans are provided with every package. This will show all roof slopes and a roof framing detail. Miscellaneous details as needed per house plan.
Unless shown, the plan will not have the electrical layout. We can provide electrical layouts at $100 for 0-1499 sq. ft. home plans and $200 for 1500+ sq. ft. plans. This includes details such as recessed lights, fan/lights, switches, outlets, cable tv & telephone locations, exterior flood light locations, weather proof outlets, heat/vent/light locations…etc. After you receive the electrical layouts, review and mark any desired changes. Take a picture and we will make any and all modifications at NO EXTRA CHARGE. And do not worry if you need to go back and forth a few times. This is inclusive of the $200 fee. Turnaround time averages 2 days.
Architectural or Engineering Stamp – handled locally if required
Site Plan
Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and duct work) – your subcontractors handle this
Plumbing Drawings (drawings showing the actual plumbing pipe sizes and locations) – your subcontractors handle this
HVAC PLANS are not shown on the blueprints. HVAC system information regarding location of units, what types of units are used, and the duct layout are schematic only and should discuss with your local builder, mechanical (HVAC) contractor, and plumbing contractor. They should be able to provide you with the necessary information based on what your local building codes will allow.

CAD Files – Delivered as Autocad format. These are NECESSARY for required structrual engineering. Also very helpful for any modifications.
Plans purchased are for “unlimited” or a multi-use license
