CAD Files are always included in every purchase
Complete sets of construction drawings in an electronic file format are CAD files.
Purchasing CAD house plans is particularly advantageous if you need to make significant changes to the home design you’ve chosen or if you need to adapt the home to local building codes.
If you acquire this sort of plan, you have the option of taking it to a local AutoCAD-using designer. They can make changes to the house design far more quickly and easily than with a paper layout, saving you time and money.
In addition, to including the CAD file, every home designs, will also include a multi-build copyright release that allows you to make modifications and the copies necessary to construct the home.

Other home plan websites offer the CAD (.dwg) file at roughly twice the cost of the PDF file. The price advertised on Google and their websites is ONLY for the PDF file. In nearly all circumstances, you will need the CAD file, especially for engineering purposes.
