Inform Us Of The Modifications You Wish

Before Purchase Quote:

1. Email us at [email protected] or click “Make an Enquiry” on the plans page.
2. Include the plan number and a description of the modifications you want, or attach a printed page with markups.
   • For example, print the first floor of the house plan, mark the changes you need, and email it as an attachment.
3. Once reviewed and confirmed, we will send an invoice for both the plan purchase and modifications.
4. Payment is required for both the plan and modifications before delivery.
5. The final CAD file will include both the original design and your modified house plan.

After Purchase Quote:

Once you’ve purchased your house plan, email us your modification request at [email protected].

We may request that you show the changes on paper or annotate the floor plan.

Can I View the Revised Plans Before Payment?

Unfortunately, no. Due to high demand, it’s not possible to provide sketches before purchasing the plan.

However, if you require further changes after receiving the modified plans, we will not charge extra, unless it’s for new modifications.
