In order to make living in the humid climate of the South as pleasant as possible, southern home designs have high ceilings and expansive front porches that capture breezes. Consider a southern-style home design with an outside kitchen and/or fireplace if you like hosting friends and visitors. The Louisiana Creole and Low Country (North and South Carolina and its environs) styles are regional variants of the Southern style. The majority of our home designs are adaptable to your lot or specific requirements.
