Unless shown, the plan will not have the electrical layout. We can provide electrical layouts at $100 for 0-1499 sq. ft. home plans and $200 for 1500+ sq. ft. plans. This includes details such as recessed lights, fan/lights, switches, outlets, cable tv & telephone locations, exterior flood light locations, weather proof outlets, heat/vent/light locations…etc. After you receive the electrical layouts, review and mark any desired changes. Take a picture and we will make any and all modifications at NO EXTRA CHARGE. And do not worry if you need to go back and forth a few times. This is inclusive of the $200 fee. Turnaround time averages 2 days.

Mechanical Drawings (location of heating and air equipment and duct work) – your subcontractors handle this
Plumbing Drawings (drawings showing the actual plumbing pipe sizes and locations) – your subcontractors handle this

HVAC system information regarding location of units, what types of units are used, and the duct layout are schematic only and should discuss with your local builder, mechanical (HVAC) contractor, and plumbing contractor. They should be able to provide you with the necessary information based on what your local building codes will allow.
